Bombay Jam® includes cardio and toning in one action-packed class. The choreography incorporates simple and easy-to-follow dance fitness moves and is full of Bollywood masala! A thumka here, a balle balle there - if you love Bollywood music and love to move, this incredibly effective & safe workout is for you.
